Business Services (UK)
A UK business's email broke completely after a hosting migration — nothing in or out of Outlook and messages to Yahoo bouncing. Diagnosed and fixed at the root across WHM/cPanel, Exim, DNS and SSL, with delivery restored to Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook and proven with live tests.

Business Services (UK)
After a hosting migration, the business could barely use its email. Nothing was leaving or entering Outlook, and messages to and from Yahoo were bouncing. A previous freelancer had got stuck on an "Exim error" they could not resolve.
We began with a full read-only diagnosis before changing a single setting — Exim logs and mail queue, mail routing, DNS (MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC/PTR), SSL and every mailbox. The migration had left the server still identifying itself under the old server's name in both its mail HELO and its reverse DNS (PTR), so strict providers such as Yahoo rejected every message with "550 Forward-confirmed reverse DNS failed", and the resulting flood of failures had tripped the hourly send-limit — silently discarding outgoing mail. We corrected the mail identity (HELO), added DMARC and verified SPF/DKIM, cleared the frozen queue and reset the send-failure limits, coordinated the reverse-DNS (PTR) correction with the VPS provider, and verified valid SSL certificates for secure Outlook connections. Every configuration was backed up first, so every change was reversible.
Read-only diagnosis → root-cause identification (two separate faults, correctly separated) → report before changing anything → apply server-side fixes → coordinate the provider-side reverse-DNS fix → live end-to-end verification with before/after evidence.
