Engineering teams required a structured digital process for lifting permits that could replace paper-based administration while maintaining approval and verification procedures across project teams.
We designed and delivered a mobile permit platform supporting electronic applications, approval workflows and verification processes. Users received notifications throughout the workflow and completed forms could be exported as PDF documents for operational records.
Site staff submitted permit requests electronically. Supervisors reviewed, approved and verified each application before completed documentation was exported for project records.
