Conference organisers required a convenient way for delegates to manage event information throughout a multi-session programme. Printed schedules alone were insufficient for delivering an organised attendee experience.
We designed and delivered a mobile conference application providing delegates with instant access to conference schedules, activity information and personal notes. Reminder functions helped attendees stay informed during the event while reducing dependence on printed materials. The application supported conference participation through a simple digital companion designed for day-to-day event use.
Delegates viewed conference schedules, reviewed activity information, recorded notes and received reminders before sessions commenced, allowing them to manage their own event participation from one mobile application.
