The business situation

Biocare needed a complete web-based administration system to manage their health and beauty appointment booking operation — covering services, clinic locations, time slots, client member records, booking management, and a news/updates section — alongside a consumer-facing mobile app published to both App Store and Google Play.

What Servadra delivered

Built a PHP 8.3 admin panel backed by a PostgreSQL database, hosted on HestiaCP (Apache + Nginx). Delivered full CRUD management for all six operational entities: locations, services, time slots, bookings, members, and news. Added inline edit functionality across all admin pages using a consistent interaction pattern. Resolved multiple cascading server errors including path resolution conflicts, PHP require_once include issues, and HTTP routing failures. The companion React Native (Expo) mobile app provides the customer-facing journey: home screen with news feed, appointment booking flow, my bookings view, About and Contact pages, and member login/registration. The app was submitted to and accepted by both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

How the operation works

Admin staff manage clinic locations and services through the web panel, configuring available time slots per location. Client members register or are added by staff. Bookings are placed and tracked through the bookings admin, with status management. News and announcements are published through the news admin. Mobile app users browse services, view available slots, and manage their bookings through the React Native app on their iOS or Android device.
